The Commission, together with other members of the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA), is publishing CSA Notice 31-402. This CSA Notice refers readers to the Ontario Securities Commission website for (1) a summary of comments received following the publication, on August 4, 2000, of CSA Notice 31-401 Registration Forms Relating to the National Registration Database; and (2) revised forms for comment (proposed Form 31-102F3 Application for Registration as a Dealer, Adviser or Underwriter and Proposed Form 31-102F4 Registration of Individuals).
The CSA Notice describes where comments and questions can be directed. All comments received by August 3, 2001 will be considered.
