On September 20, 2002, staff of the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA), except staff of the Commission des valeurs mobilières du Québec, issued a notice (CSA Staff Notice 31-305 Registration Streamlining System) explaining the Registration Streamlining System (RSS).
We have amended BC Policy 13-601 Required Forms by adding Part 2.6 to accommodate salespersons who meet the threshold requirements and who wish to use RSS to apply for registration in British Columbia.
The amended Policy is attached.
