BCN 2003/09 - BC Instrument 33-507 - Temporary exemption for using past registration forms [BCN - Rescinded]

The Executive Director has granted an exemption to Multilateral Instrument 33-109 Registration Information to allow the use of alternative registrations forms until March 28, 2003. Persons relying on the exemption must still comply with MI 33-109’s requirements to submit information through the National Registration Database

Substance and Purpose
BCI 33-507 permits a person to use the following registration forms until March 28, 2003:

  • 31-902F for an application for registration of an individual;
  • 31-903F for a consent to a criminal records check;
  • 31-905F for an application to amend the registration of a dealer, adviser, or underwriter; and
  • 31-906F for an application to change or transfer the status of an individual.
