The government has approved amendments to the Securities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 196/97 and the Rule Making Procedure Regulation, B.C. Reg. 195/97 that, among other things, eliminate the requirement to publish the Weekly Summary. Instead of issuing a physical publication, the Commission can now officially publish rules by posting them to our website. We will continue to publish our Weekly Report in electronic format.
