Effective February 9, 2005, the Commission is revoking BC Instrument 54-501 Exemptions to Part 3.3 of National Instrument 54-101 Communication with Beneficial Owners of Securities of a Reporting Issuer. The revocation Order is attached. The relief granted by this instrument is no longer required.
