Substance and purpose of the amendments
The amendments:
- modify the requirements regarding the calculation of net asset value following the introduction of Section 3855 Financial Instruments - Recognition and Measurement of the CICA Handbook; and
- clarify or correct certain provisions of NI 81-106
Prior publications
We published the amendments to NI 81-106 and the related consequential amendments for comment on June 1, 2007 (BCN 2007/22). We published advance notice of the amendments on June 20, 2008 (BCN 2008/30).
