In the attached notice, the Canadian Securities Administrators are re-publishing proposed amendments to National Instrument 21-101 Marketplace Operation, Companion Policy 21-101CP, National Instrument 21-103 Trading Rules, and Companion Policy 23-101CP for comment. The CSA are also publishing a summary of comments from the previous comment period and a cost-benefit analysis of the proposed amendments.
The CSA notice describes where your comments and questions relating to the proposed instrument can be directed. All comments received by January 15, 2009 will be considered.
