The British Columbia Securities Commission, having considered it to be in the public interest, orders that effective July 1, 2002 the attached BC Instrument 11-503 entitled "Pro Rated Fees for Registration or Renewal of Registration" is made.

Pro Rated Fees for Registration or Renewal of Registration
Order under section 22(3) of the Securities Regulation
- The fees prescribed under items 1(a), 2, 3, 4, 5(a) and 6 of section 22(1) of the Securities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 196/97 are varied for registrations or renewals of registration approved between July 1, 2002 and December 31, 2002, to reduce the fee payable on a pro rata basis.
- The fee payable is based on the fee set out in the applicable item pro-rated to the number of full calendar months for which registration is granted.
