The British Columbia Securities Commission, having considered that to do so would not be prejudicial to the public interest, orders that:

  1. the attached BC Instrument 13-501 entitled "Filing BC Form 45-902F (Formerly Form 20) By Facsimile" is made; and
  2. BOR#97/13 is revoked.

BC INSTRUMENT 13-501 (Previously BOR#97/13)

Filing BC Form 45-902F (Formerly Form 20) By Facsimile

Where an issuer distributes a security and is required to file a BC Form 45-902F under section 139 of the Securities Rules, or in accordance with the terms of an order made under section 76 of the Securities Act, the issuer is exempt from filing the original of a manually signed BC Form 45-902F provided that:

a) the issuer files a copy of the manually signed BC Form 45-902F by facsimile with the British Columbia Securities Commission; and

b) the issuer retains the original BC Form 45-902F that it has filed with the Commission under this instrument for a period of six years from the date of the filing.
