1. BC Instrument 32-503 Registration Exemption for Salespersons’ Corporations is amended by this Instrument.
   
2. The heading of this Instrument is amended by deleting the word “Salespersons’” and substituting “Dealing Representatives’”
   
3. (a)  The following definitions are amended:

“corporation” is amended by deleting the term “salespersons” wherever it appears in the definition and substituting “dealing representatives”;

“registration requirement” is amended by deleting “section 34(1)(a)” andsubstituting “section 34 (a)”;

       “salesperson” is deleted

• (b) The following definition is added

  “dealing representative” means a person registered as a dealing representative of a dealer to trade securities or exchange contracts on behalf of the dealer;
