AND

IN THE MATTER OF FILING INSIDER REPORTS BY FACSIMILE

Order Under Section 152.2 of the Regulation

WHEREAS section 70 of the Securities Act, S.B.C. 1985, c. 83 (the "Act") requires insiders to file insider reports in the required form;

AND WHEREAS section 182 of the Securities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 270/86 (the "Regulation") requires insider reports to be manually signed;

AND WHEREAS the Superintendent of Brokers considers that it would not be prejudicial to the public interest to do so;

EFFECTIVE November 1, 1995, IT IS ORDERED under section 152.2 of the Regulation that an insider is exempt from filing a manually signed insider report under section 70 of the Act provided that:

(a) the insider files the insider report by facsimile with the British Columbia Securities Commissions Insider Reporting Fax Line at 604-775-3129;

(b) the insider report referred to in paragraph (a) is clear and legible and is otherwise prepared in accordance with the requirements of section 70 of the Act; and

(c) the insider retains the original manually signed insider report that the insider has filed with to the Commission in accordance with this Blanket Order for a period of six years from the date of filing.
