BOR 96/02 - The Revocation of BOR#88/6, BOR#89/5 and BOR#91/4 [Rescinded]

AND

IN THE MATTER OF THE REVOCATION OF BOR#88/6, BOR#89/5 AND BOR#91/4

Order Under Section 153 of the Securities Act

WHEREAS the Lieutenant Governor in Council, by B.C. Reg. 479/95, ordered, among other things, effective January 1, 1996 that the regulation entitled the "Securities Rules" (the "Rules"), attached to B.C. Reg. 479/95, is made and is designated to be a rule of the Commission;

AND WHEREAS blanket order BOR#88/6, which exempts control persons from the requirement to file duplicate insider reports, has been superseded by section 158 of the Rules;

AND WHEREAS blanket order BOR#89/5, which provides a limited registration exemption for trades in securities held subject to an escrow agreement, has been superseded by section 89(d) of the Rules;

AND WHEREAS blanket order BOR#91/4, which provides limited registration and prospectus exemptions for trades by holders of securities of issuers that are neither reporting issuers nor private issuers, has been superseded by sections 89(h) and 128(i) of the Rules;

AND WHEREAS the Commission considers that to do so would not be prejudicial to the public interest;

EFFECTIVE February 7, 1996, IT IS ORDERED under section 153 of the Securities Act, S.B.C. 1985, c.83 that blanket orders BOR#88/6, BOR#89/5 and BOR#91/4 are revoked.
