IN THE MATTER OF THE SECURITIES ACT R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418
AND
IN THE MATTER OF THE REVOCATION OF BOR#95/19
Revocation Order Under Section 171
WHEREAS on December 21, 1995 the Commission issued BOR#95/19 to provide certain exemptions for deemed distributions by holders of a security of an exchange issuer issued undersection 55(2)(18) of the Securities Act, S.B.C. 1985, c. 83 (now section 74(2)(18) of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418);
AND WHEREAS the Commission has issued BOR#98/1 to provide certain exemptions for deemed distributions by holders of a security of an exchange issuer issued under section 74(2)(18) of the Securities Act, including the exemptions previously provided under BOR#95/19.
AND WHEREAS the Commission considers that it would not be prejudicial to the public interest to do so:
IT IS ORDERED under section 171of the Securities Act that BOR#95/19 is revoked.
