This Notice sets out where copies of the Weekly Summary, Securities Act (the "Act"), Securities Regulation (the "Regulation") and material published under the Act can be obtained.
Weekly Summary
The British Columbia Securities Commission Weekly Summary is a weekly publication containing new and amended notices and interpretation notes ("NINs"); blanket orders ("BORs"); local, uniform act and national policy statements; and legislation and regulations. The Weekly Summary also contains a list of current proceedings before the Commission; notices of hearing; Commission decisions and settlements; orders; the defaulting reporting issuers list; cease trade orders; particulars of new issues and secondary financings; particulars of registrations; particulars of exempt financings; and insider and other acquisition reports. The Weekly Summary is used by issuers and their professional advisors and by the securities industry to stay up to date on current developments in securities regulation. Subscriptions to the Weekly Summary are available from the Information and Records Branch of the Commission. Individual copies can be purchased from the Commission's receptionist on the 11th floor, 865 Hornby Street of the Vancouver Stock Exchange Visitors Centre, 609 Granville Street.
