Effective immediately, the Commission is rescinding Local Policy Statement 3-12, dated January 26, 1990 and adopting revised Local Policy Statement 3-12, published with this notice. This policy statement sets out guidance on proceedings before the Commission or the Executive Director.
The new version contains updated section number references to the legislation and includes several other minor changes.
