NATIONAL POLICY STATEMENT 29
MUTUAL FUNDS INVESTING IN MORTGAGES
SECTION I
APPLICABILITY
I. ( 1) This policy applies to any mutual fund having 10% or more of its portfolio invested in mortgages or hypothecs, except that subsection III(l) applies only to a mutual fund having SO% or more of its portfolio invested in mortgages or hypothecs.
(2) Except where in conflict with this policy, all relevant mutual fund policies apply.
