On April 15, 2011 the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) is publishing for comment an application by Alpha Exchange Inc. for recognition as a stock exchange. You can view this application on the OSC’s website.
On the same date, the Autorité des Marches Financiers du Québec (AMF) is publishing for comment an application by Alpha Exchange Inc. for coordinated exemptive relief from the requirement to be recognized as an exchange in all provinces and territories in Canada other than Ontario. You can view this application on the AMF website.
