The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) are publishing for comment proposed amendments to National Policy 11-201 Electronic Delivery of Documents (NP 11-201) (previously titled Delivery of Documents by Electronic Means).
The attached CSA notice describes the proposed amendments, which simplify and update the policy that CSA introduced in 2000.
We will consider all comments received by June 29, 2011.
