On October 31, 2007, the BC Securities Commission hosted an open dialogue for capital markets professionals and business leaders. The topic was how to improve regulatory and criminal enforcement against securities violators in Canada. The panel of Canadian and international enforcement experts also looked at how to enhance international cooperation in securities law enforcement. More than 100 people attended the half-day forum at the Four Seasons Hotel in Vancouver.
