Ms. Rosiek has applied for leave to appeal the Commission's decision. On March 4, 2010, the Court of Appeal heard and dismissed Ms. Rosiek's application for leave to appeal. On January 15, 2018, the panel issued a variation order in this matter. On October 4, 2019 the executive director applied to vary an order of the Commission. On October 18, 2019 the panel heard the executive director's s. 171 application to vary a Commission order and dismissed the application.
