BCSC panel to review MFDA governance bylaw

Vancouver - On Nov. 9, 2009, a British Columbia Securities Commission panel decided it would hear an application submitted by Partners in Planning Financial Services Ltd. challenging an amendment to a Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada governance bylaw passed at a special meeting of its members on Oct. 2, 2009.

The commission will set hearing dates following a hearing management conference with the parties.
