Vancouver - British Columbia Securities Commission Chair Doug Hyndman and Attorney General Wally Oppal will be announcing a series of province-wide investor protection measures and new program developments at a public event on Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2006 in the atrium of the Pacific Centre Mall.
