Ruling
¶ 1 On August 30, 2010, we heard YS Mining Company Inc.’s application for orders in relation to a take over bid by New Pacific Metals Corp. to purchase all of the outstanding common shares and all of the outstanding debt of Tagish Lake Gold Corp. After considering submissions from the parties and the public interest, on August 30, 2010 we dismissed the application.
