Background
¶ 1 On March 18, 2011, the Executive Director issued an amended temporary order against SFCS Capital (Canada) Corp. and Robert John Alexander Stitt and a notice of hearing (2011 BCSECCOM 124).
¶ 2 On March 25, 2011, by consent, the Commission extended the temporary order and adjourned the hearing to April 14, 2011 (2011 BCSECCOM 140).
Order
¶ 3 Under section 171 of the Act, the Commission, considering that it would not be prejudicial to the public interest, revokes the temporary order against SFCS Capital (Canada) Corp. and Robert John Alexander Stitt.
