    This notice announces the adoption, effective January 1, 2011, of National Instrument 52-107 Acceptable Accounting Principles and Auditing Standards, its companion policy and amendments to a number of other national instruments and policies. The purpose of the amendments is to accommodate Canada’s changeover to International Financial Reporting Standards.

    The CSA have updated the list of lead and exempting regulators for exchanges referred to in the Memorandum of Understanding for Oversight of Exchanges and Quotation Trade Reporting Systems, effective January 1, 2011.
