- BCSC Oversight Review of TSX Venture Exchange Inc.
The BCSC and the ASC share responsibility for TSX Venture Exchange Inc (TSX-V) oversight. BCSC and ASC staff conducted on-site reviews in 2010.The securities regulators have jointly released respective oversight review reports on the TSX-V's performance in fulfilling its regulatory functions as a stock exchange.
