  • BC Instrument 51-510 - Exemption from the requirement to send financial statements and related disclosure to securityholders during a disruption in postal service

    BC Instrument 51-510 provides relief to issuers from certain delivery requirements in National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations during a disruption to regular postal service in Canada. An issuer relying on this relief must comply with the conditions, which include issuing a news release and complying with delivery obligations within ten days of the resumption of regular postal service.

  • BC Instrument 81-514 -  Exemption from the requirement to send financial statements and related disclosure to securityholders during a disruption in postal service

    BC Instrument 81-514 provides relief to investment funds from certain delivery requirements in National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure during a disruption to regular postal service in Canada. An investment fund relying on this relief must comply with the conditions, which include issuing a news release and complying with delivery obligations within ten days of the resumption of regular postal service.
