    Adoption of amendments to National Instrument 21-101 Marketplace Operation, National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rule and consequential amendments to Multilateral Instrument 11-102 Passport System - This notice announces the adoption, effective July 6, 2012, of the adoption of amendments to National Instrument 21-101 Marketplace Operation, its forms, companion policy and other related instruments and companion policy. The purpose of the amendments is to modernize the marketplace rules.

  • BCN 2012/15 - Advance Notice of Multilateral Policy 31-202 Registration Requirement for Investment Fund Managers and Amendments to Companion Policy 31-103CP Registration Requirements, Exemptions and Ongoing Registrant Obligations

    This notice announces the adoption of Multilateral Policy 31-202 Registration Requirement for Investment Fund Managers and amendments to Companion Policy 31-103CP Registration Requirements, Exemptions and Ongoing Registrant Obligations, relating to the registration of investment fund managers. These will come into force on September 28, 2012.

  • CSA Staff Notice 31-330 - Omnibus/Blanket Orders Extending Certain Transition Provisions Relating to the Investment Fund Manager Registration Requirement and the Obligation to Provide Dispute Resolution Services.

    This CSA Notice announces orders that extend certain transition provisions in Part 16 of National Instrument 31-103 Registration Requirements, Exemptions and Ongoing Registrant Obligations.
