Notice of Planned Public Website Outage

On Saturday, March 9, 2013 from 8am to 1pm the Commission will be conducting planned maintenance to our web systems infrastructure as part of our commitment to continue to improve the quality of service we provide to our customers.  During this time, the Public Website, InvestRight and Planning 10 will not be available for use.

The amendments will come into force on May 14, 2013 subject to obtaining ministerial approval.

  • CSA/IIROC Notice 23-315 - Joint CSA/IIROC – Notice 23-315 – Summary of Comments on CSA/IIROC Notice 23-312 - Transparency of Short Selling and Failed Trades

    The CSA and IIROC are publishing this paper to summarize public comment regarding regulatory proposals to increase transparency of short selling and failed trades in Canada.  The paper also provides CSA’s and IIROC’s response to those comments.
