- NI 23-103 - CSA Notice of Amendments to National Instrument 23-103 Electronic Trading
The Commission is publishing advance notice of the proposed adoption of amendments to National Instrument 23-103 Electronic Trading, its companion policy, and consequential amendments to Multilateral Instrument 11-102 Passport System. The amendments provide a framework for the offer and use of direct electronic access and are scheduled to be effective on March 1, 2014.
