This CSA Notice announces that we have determined not to pursue the implementation of proposed National Instrument 51-103 Ongoing Governance and Disclosure Requirements for Venture Issuers. - MFDA (link no longer operational) - Request for Comment: Proposed Amendments to MFDA By-law No. 1 to Transition to Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act
The BCSC is publishing for a 90-day comment period proposed amendments to MFDA By-law No. 1 in order for the MFDA to transition to Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act. Section V of the MFDA’s notice sets out the process for submitting comments.
Comment period expires: October 23, 2013
