The rule amendments and policy changes come into force on August 13, 2013.
54-401 - CSA Consultation Paper 54-401 Review of the Proxy Voting Infrastructure

The CSA is publishing a consultation paper to request comment on proposed approach to address concerns regarding the integrity and reliability of the proxy voting infrastructure. The comment period ends on November 13, 2013.
