- BC Notice 2004/43- Delay in Implementing New Securities Legislation
This notice advises that the government has decided to delay proclamation of the new Act. The current legislation remains in force. The Commission will continue to pursue its goal of making securities regulation more effective and less burdensome while operating under the current legislation.
