This notice announces the publication for comment of proposed NI 45-106 Prospectus and Registration Exemptions. Proposed NI 45-106 is a CSA initiative that will consolidate many of the prospectus and registration exemptions across Canada. All comments received by March 17, 2005 will be considered.
