  • BC Notice 2003/29   - BC Instrument 91-504 Government Strip Bonds - Information Statement

    This notice announces that the Executive Director has approved an information statement for the purposes of BC Instrument 91-504 Government Strip Bonds. It also revokes BC Form 91-504F.
  • BC Notice 2003/30 - Advance Notice of Adoption of National Instrument 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities and Related Documents

    This notice gives advance notice that the Commission expects to make National Instrument 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities and adopt Companion Policy 51-101, effective September 30, 2003, if all necessary government approvals are obtained. The instrument will establish a regime of continuous disclosure for reporting issuers engaged in exploring for, developing or producing oil or gas. Form 51-101F3 Report of Management and Directors on Oil and Gas Disclosure is not being adopted in British Columbia.

    In conjunction with the implementation of National Instrument 51-101, National Policy 2-B Guide for Engineers and Geologists Submitting Oil and Gas Reports to Canadian Provincial Securities Administrators is being rescinded.

  • CSA Notice 11-304 - Responses to Comments Received on Concept Proposal Blueprint for Uniform Securities Laws for Canada

    This notice provides the responses of the Canadian Securities Administrators to the comments they received on their concept proposal entitled Blueprint for Uniform Securities Laws for Canada published for comment on January 30, 2003.
