    • BC Notice 2003/38 - Respecification of BC Form 41-601F

      The Executive Director is today respecifying Form 41-601F Information required in a prospectus. We have added item 6.5 to the form to require issuers with oil and gas activities to include the information required by National Instrument 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities if the issuer is subject to that instrument.

      • BC Instument 32-505 - Exemption for Mutual Fund Dealers to Sell Securities of Certain Employee Venture Capital Corporations and Venture Capital Corporations

      This notice announces that the Commission has granted blanket relief to allow mutual fund dealers to sell securities of employee venture capital corporations (labour sponsored funds) and venture capital corporations, provided the mutual fund dealers comply with certain conditions.

    • BC Notice 2003/40 - Proposed Amendments to National Instrument 54-101 Communication with Beneficial Owners of Securities of a Reporting Issuer and Companion Policy 54-101CP and BC Instrument 54-501 Exemptions to Part 3.3 of National Instrument 54-101  

    This notice requests comments on proposed amendments to NI 54-101 Communication with Beneficial Owners of Securities of a Reporting Issuer and its companion policy. The notice also announces the issue of an interim BC Instrument providing relief from the provisions of section 3.3 of NI 54-101.
