- BC Notice 2003/42 - Amendments to Multilateral Instrument 45-105 Trades to Employees, Senior Officers, Directors, and Consultants
This notice announces that MI 45-105 will be amended effective November 18. The amendments will eliminate some technical limitations in the exemptions in the Instrument. The notice sets out the details of the amendments.
