BC Notice 2003/44 - Amendments to National Instrument 21-101 Marketplace Operation and Companion Policy 21-101CP and to National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules and Companion Policy 23-101CP

This notice gives advance notice that the Commission expects to make amendments to National Instrument 21-101 Marketplace Operations and National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules, related forms and policies, effective December 31, 2003, if all necessary government approvals are obtained.

CSA Staff Notice 51-307 - Status of Proposed Continuous Disclosure Rule
