- BC Instrument 45-520 - Exemption from National Instrument 43-101Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects
This BCI exempts a mineral resource issuer that is using or will use a qualified person who was registered with the Association of Geoscientists of Ontario until February 1, 2002 from the qualified person requirement under NI 43-101 provided that the conditions set out in this BCI are met. The exemption granted under this BCI will expire on February 1, 2003.
