- BC Instrument 45-509 - Short Form Offerings of Listed Securities and Units by Qualifying Issuers
The April 3, 2002 version of this BCI has been replaced with a
new BCI to reflect certain changes to the Short Form Offering Document program in British Columbia. The threshold amount increases to $40,000 and the concept of Designated Threshold Purchaser is eliminated. Other changes clarify existing wording. Refer to the BCI.
