- BCN 2001/69 - Application for Recognition of Market Regulation Services Inc. - Notice and Request for Comments
The BCSC is publishing this notice of RS Inc.'s application for recognition as an SRO and of the CSA's request for comments concurrently with other CSA jurisdictions. RS Inc. has applied to operate as a regulatory service provider under the Alternative Trading System (ATS) proposal (see NIs 21-101 and 23-101 and related documents). RS Inc. is applying to administer and enforce trading rules for the marketplaces that retain its services. This BC Notice sets out specific areas about which regulators seek comments, and refers readers to the OSC website for the application, proposed criteria for recognition, related rules, and the regulatory oversight program.
