BC Notice 2006/16 - Adoption of amendments to National Instrument 31 101 National Registration System and National Policy 31 201 National Registration System

This notice announces that amendments to NI 31-101 National Registration System (NRS) and NP 31-201 National Registration System are effective August 1, 2006.

CSA Staff Notice 51-319 - Report on staff’s second continuous disclosure review of income trust issuers

This notice details the findings and conclusions from CSA Staff’s second review of the continuous disclosure records of income trusts.

CSA Staff Notice 52-306  - Non-GAAP Financial Measures

This notice is revised and re-published to clarify CSA’s staff’s expectations about the presentations of distributable cash. We have not altered other sections of the original CSA Staff notice 52-306 published in November 2003. It provides guidance to issuers who disclose financial measures other than those required by generally accepted accounting principles.

CBC news anchor Ian Hanomansing will moderate a panel of Canadian securities regulators and international guests from the US, UK and Hong Kong.
