Background
- The Executive Director of the British Columbia Securities Commission has entered into a settlement agreement with George Badri Boustani (Boustani), a copy of which is attached as Schedule A.
Order - The Executive Director, considering it to be in the public interest to do so, orders (the Order) under section 161(b)(ii) of the Act that Boustani is prohibited for two years from trading or purchasing any securities or exchange contracts of any issuer with whom he is in a special relationship.
