Background
In a decision dated August 1, 2000 the Commission ordered Jean-Claude Hauchecorne to pay hearing costs. On October 12, 2000 Commission staff submitted a bill of costs for $7,835.52. The bill of costs was sent to Hauchecorne on October 23, 2000. Hauchecorne made no submissions.
Order Under Section 174
The Commission orders under section 174 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418, and in accordance with section 22(1), Item 38 of the Securities Regulation, B.C. Reg. 196/97, that Hauchecorne pay costs of $7,835.52.
