Carolann Steinhoff
Section 165(5) of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
Carolann Steinhoff applied for a hearing and review of an Investment Dealers Association decision, the findings of which were released on April 22, 2003 and the sanctions on August 5, 2003. In the decision the IDA imposed a total fine against Steinhoff of $5,250 and required her to rewrite the Conduct & Practices Handbook Course within six months.
Steinhoff also applied for a stay of the decision pending disposition of the hearing and review.
Neither Commission staff, nor the IDA objects to the stay.
The Commission orders under section 165(5) of the Act that the IDA decision is stayed pending disposition of the hearing and review.
