ORDER:-- WHEREAS on April 14, 1992 Edward Clive Ashworth, James Arthur Barnes and Donald Lynn Whorley, Joseph Ernest Hooi and Robert Mah Shing Voong were named as respondents in a notice of hearing issued by the Superintendent of Brokers;

AND WHEREAS Hooi and Voong entered into Settlements with the Superintendent;

AND WHEREAS on November 13, 1993, following a hearing, the Commission issued its decision and ordered, inter alia, under section 154.2 of the Securities Act S.B.C. 1985, c. 83, that Ashworth, Whorley and Barnes pay prescribed fees or charges for the costs of or related to the hearing incurred by the Commission and Superintendent, the amounts to be determined following further submissions from the parties;

AND WHEREAS on March 30, 1994 counsel for Commission staff submitted a bill representing prescribed fees or charges for the costs of or related to the hearing incurred by the Commission and the Superintendent;

AND WHEREAS the submission of Commission staff was provided to Ashworth, Whorley and Barnes and no submissions in response were made by Ashworth and Barnes;

AND WHEREAS the Commission has considered the submissions of Commission staff and of Whorley;

NOW THEREFORE, under section 154.2 of the Act, we order that Ashworth, Barnes and Whorley pay prescribed fees or charges for the costs of or related to the hearing incurred by the Superintendent and the Commission in the amounts set out opposite each of their names:
