Section 161 of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418
The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to consider an application by Mineralogy Pty Ltd. for orders in relation to a take over bid by Mineralogy Pty Ltd. to purchase all outstanding common shares of Waratah Coal Inc.
The hearing is set for 10:00 am on Friday, October 31, 2008, at the Commission’s 12th floor hearing room, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
