¶ 1 The British Columbia Securities Commission is holding a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Act against James Terrence Alexander, Anne Christine Eilers and JT Alexander and Associates Holding Corporation. The allegations are set out in the notice of hearing dated December 8, 2003.
¶ 2 The hearing is set for April 3 to April 28, 2006, with the exception of April 6, 14 and 17, at 10 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
