The British Columbia Securities Commission will hold a hearing to determine whether it is in the public interest to make orders under the Act against Amr I. Elgindy, Mary Faith Elgindy, Pacific Equity Investigations and Derrick W. Cleveland.
On December 17, 2003, the parties will inform the Commission of their readiness to set a date for the hearing. The time of this hearing has been changed from 10 am to 9:30 am at the British Columbia Securities Commission, 12th Floor, 701 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British Columbia.
