Background
¶ 1 On March 18, 2008, the executive director issued a temporary order and notice of hearing under section 161(1) of the Securities Act, RSBC 1996, c. 418 naming Philip Wong as respondent (2008 BCSECCOM 150).
¶ 2 On April 2, 2008, the Commission extended the March 18, 2008 temporary order until a hearing is held and a decision rendered (2008 BCSECCOM 177).
¶ 3 On January 25, 2010, the Commission issued a section 161(1) order against Wong under section 161(6) proceedings (2010 BCSECCOM 64).
¶ 4 On February 5, 2010, the executive director discontinued the section 161(1) proceedings against Wong (2010 BCSECCOM 72).
Order
¶ 5 Under section 171 of the Act, the Commission, considering that it would not be prejudicial to the public interest, revokes the temporary order against Wong.
